About
I have spent over 10 years in customer success and I realized something along the way. I care deeply about making sure people get real value out of the tools they invest in. When a system is set up well, it changes how a team works. When it is not, everyone feels it.
My time at CallRail showed me exactly how businesses struggle when their platforms do not connect properly. I saw it from the support side. Now I solve it from the CRM side. I work with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Zapier to build systems that reduce manual work, clean up messy data, and give teams a clear picture of what is happening in their pipeline.
I am not just someone who learned a platform. I understand why the setup matters because I have watched it go wrong and I know how to fix it.

Built a full customer service workflow in HubSpot Tickets. Customized a 5-stage pipeline, created 8 contacts with detailed issue notes, built an intake form that auto-creates contacts, and built a reporting dashboard for live visibility.
Use Case 02 · Brightline · B2B Sales
Designed and implemented a full HubSpot sales pipeline. Configured deal stages across New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, and Proposal Sent, and built forecasting dashboards to give leadership real-time revenue visibility.
Use Case 03 · RevOps · Data Cleanup
Audited and cleaned a HubSpot database — identified duplicate contacts and call records from conflicting integrations (Dialpad + CallRail), standardized property values, and built ongoing hygiene workflows.
Use Case 04 · Maple & Co. · ClickUp
Built a mirrored customer support ticket system in ClickUp alongside HubSpot, giving the team a project management view of all open issues with status tracking across New Issue, In Review, Awaiting Response, and Resolved.
